Role Overview
We're looking for a passionate Remote Frontend Engineer to help craft intuitive, high-performance web and mobile interfaces for our real estate platform. Whether you're a fresher eager to kickstart your career or a seasoned developer with 7+ years of experience, you'll play a key role in building user-friendly experiences that make property transactions seamless.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality web and mobile interfaces for Zonamap's real estate platform
Build and optimize frontend applications using React.js or React Native, with potential use of Next.js or Vue.js
Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, performant, and accessible interfaces
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs for features like property document retrieval and boundary mapping
Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices for scalability
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional discussions
For senior candidates: Mentor junior developers and contribute to frontend architecture decisions
Stay updated on frontend trends and recommend tools or libraries to enhance UX and DX
Qualifications by Experience Level
Fresher (0–2 yrs)
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and eagerness to learn React.js/React Native. Familiarity with Git is a plus.
Mid-Level (2–5 yrs)
Proven experience with React.js or similar frameworks, solid understanding of state management and API integration.
Senior (5–7+ yrs)
Expert-level React.js/React Native, complex frontend architectures, and a track record of scalable, high-performance apps.
Core Requirements
Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn) and Git
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling
For mid/senior levels: experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Testing Library) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment
Nice to Have
Experience with React Native for mobile app development
Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch
Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion) or PWAs
Exposure to agile development and cross-functional teams
